E-Trade’s Super Bowl commercial costed over $3,000,000 and, depending on a judge’s ruling, it’s going to cost them a lot more.
The Super Bowl ad starring are beloved E-Trade baby and his two girlfriends was apparently offensive to Linsey Lohen.
Lindsey Lohen claims that E-Trade took her name. She’s suing E-Trade 100,000,000 dollars. Talk about fast cash. But, isn’t there like a ton of people named Lindsey?
ABC’s Lost has a character named Kate. My mom’s name is Kate, does that mean we should get 100,000,000 bucks from ABC?
The book “Flush” has a character named Dusty. My dog’s name is Dusty, do I get another couple million?
Can I sue the dictionary for using “sir”, “buffalo”, and “sushi” because they’re all part of my nickname?
As lame as Lindsey Lohan’s case may be, dummer things have happened:
A lady who bought a McDonald’s coffee and spilled on herself, sued McDonald’s for having hot coffee; and she won.
Some girls who wanted some extra cash are suing Ben Roethlisberger for a ton of money.
Suing for stuipid reasons is just a waste of everyone’s time and money. I think if the jugde says that the sue is bogas, the person who seud should pay the amount of money that they sued for to the guy they sued.
